i've written this post a hundred times in my head....but i couldn't get my head off the pillow!
we're having a baby!!
fatigue is my most prominent pregnancy symptom....that and, as you can see, general
growth in the belly area. oh...this is nothing.
16 weeks
i am hoping to post about this pregnancy as it progresses. but this is the real deal people....if your're looking for inspirational exercises and tips on how to keep your legs thin and only gain 15 pounds right in your tummy....well....that's just not going to happen! :) :)
when i'm pregnant....i. am. very. gain 50 pounds. pregnant.
the whole family is SUPER EXCITED!! we're hoping to find out if we're having a little boy or a little girl very soon.
we were going to take progress pictures every sunday because that was the only day i was all dressed up. it only lasted two weeks. here are those pics.
9 weeks.
10 weeks
my first 12 weeks were the most nauseating of all my pregnancies. i felt very sick and actually was sick a few times...i would get SLAMMED with fatigue. at a moments notice right THEN i had to lay down.
i'm feeling really good now....minus the sinus headaches (i'm using my neti pot and its helping!). i still havn't started contracting, which is soooo great for me! i always start contracting (braxton hicks) around 15 weeks.
i make sure to lay down for at least 20 minutes every day and that helps a lot. i don't really 'sleep' because i need to stay where the action is.....but i can drift in and out pretty easily :)
that's about it for now. i'm so happy to finally be sharing this news!

Many congrats!!! I'm 11weeks with baby #3 and still battling nausea and fatigue. We're super excited though as our daughter is11and our son is 6 so we are all giddy about a baby!!! I wish you well and energy :-)

Congrats on baby #6. We just spent the weekend with friends of ours who have 5 children and it was so lovely to have all the activity and hubbub. You look great, by the way.

Yay!!! I am so happy for you and your family. I had a sneaky feeling this was why we see so little for you. I'm glad you are starting to feel better. You look great! I too gained plenty for all three of mine but never felt better. Praying for you and that new sweet blessing!

congrats...i just saw your maternity posts on pinterest a couple minutes ago and began wondering! ;) be careful with those braxton hicks...mine started with all 4 at about 20 weeks and our baby was born 10 weeks early from all the stress. God bless y'all!

Just looked at pinterest and detected this much. Congrats to you and your family. When mine were four under four it was crazy but now saying four under eight isn't so bad. As for the weight this last one took its tole, I will be saying "back in shape" prayers. Most important...stay healthy and rested...as much as you can with a large family!

I never comment on your blog, but I love coming over here. I am so happy for you and your beautiful family, congratulations! I was one of 9 children and I think big families are fabulous.
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! I also gained 45 and 47 with my two kids. We'll see how much comes the next time around...blech!! I always say to myself, "It'll all come back, it'll all come back." (the smaller-sized, able-to-walk-up-stairs-without-dying me.)

CONGRATULATIONS! How do you manage to look so cool, calm & collected while still looking after 5 other children ... & expecting again? Do you know what sex this baby is, or is it to be a surprise? I am only thinking of bedroom space again!! LOL
Glad the 'sickness' is finally over ... I KNOW what that is like, 24/7 .. but only once for me!
