21 weeks. still not contracting on a regular basis so i am sooo thankful! i am experiencing mild braxton hicks but the consistent contracting that typically happens for me is holding off.
i'm loving the feeling of kicks and squirms inside of me. i pray daily for a healthy baby and for those who desperately want to carry a child of their own.
children are a gift. i have many friends who have gone through miscarriages and those who are going through the waiting of trying to conceive. dear women who will make and who are remarkable mothers.....you are loved.

I just started following you. Thank you for this post. I don't know you but this means a lot to me. Take Care and congrats!!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your blog and your daily faith all ya'll live out! My husband and I have been praying about starting our family soon, seeing the encouragement of you and your husband raising Godly children is such a blessing.
ReplyDeleteYay, so glad to hear from you and that everything is going well! I was starting to feel a little anxious since it had been a while since your last post. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!
ReplyDeleteI so appreciate your sensitivity to those of us experiencing infertility. I read SO many blogs now where women complain about their pregnancy/children the already have/etc. It just hurts so much when you've gone through so much to have a taste of what they take for granted. You're absolutely right...children are a gift, and should be treated as such. A big hug to you and your husband for working so hard to raise your children in faith. You sound like amazing parents and your family is lucky to have you.
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and I just love your heart and your godly example. I am also pregnant...with our 5th and am 20 weeks along! We are in the process of renovating an old little home in the country. And finishing up another year of homeschooling! Lots going on here!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to tell you how much I have loved reading your thoughts and how your love for God and your adorable family is so clearly conveyed. It inspires me to be more intentional with my kids and not miss the everyday moments to love on and make memories with my family. Thank you!
You are beautiful! I've been following for awhile, but this is my first comment. I'm also a gain-50lbs-while-pregnant lady and I loved your honesty in that previous post. I only have 1 child, after a loss, and I've struggled with the idea of having another. You've really inspired me to reconsider it.
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely! Sending prayers for a continued healthy pregnancy.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet and thoughtful of you to awknowledge other women who hasn't been blessed with children of their own yet. You are so sweet!
